✦ Usage Guidelines

Do not claim the work as your own, you are free to distribute the piece as long as credit is given.Personal Use

✓ GiftsDO NOT mint my art as an NFT or use it to train AI, I will NOT accept any commissions relating to NFTs or AI.

✦ Process

﹡I reserve the right to decline a commission─ To begin the commission process, please message me through either Twitter DMs or Discord with the commission you want along with the briefings+references in the following format:
> Commission Type:
> Brief: (A description of what you have in mind, the pose, expression, color palette, lighting, etc.)
> References: (Any images you can provide are appreciated.)
> Secondary Method of Contact:─ I may offer up some rough thumbnails if the piece is detailed.
─ Once we have the agreed-upon price, I will send you an invoice via Paypal.Duration
─ I don't have a fixed schedule, finishing a piece can take anywhere between a week up to 2 months!
─ During the process of the commission I will send you updates periodically to ensure that everything is as you want.Edits and Adjustments
─ During the Sketching to Base coloring phase, all edits are free! From then on edits will cost an additional $10 per request.
─ After the commission is complete, you may make your own minor adjustments to the piece (color correction, additional effects, texts, etc.).

✦ Payment and Refund

I accept payments via Paypal, Stripe, and Kofi. All payments are in USD.
─ I will send you an invoice after the brief is finalized.
─ Pay in full upfront.
─ For commission pieces over $200, the payment will be split into 2 intervals; 50% after the rough sketch process, and 50% after completion but before the final hand-in.
─ You must make the payment in 7 days after the invoice is sent, I will begin working after I've received payment.Refund
─ You are eligible for a full refund if I have not started with the clean sketch, anywhere after that step will depend on how far I've gotten from 50% downwards.
─ I will send you anything I've done up to that point, and after I've confirmed that the money has reached you, the commission will be marked as completed and refunded.

✦ Completion

─ You will receive the .png file of the final product with no watermarks along with the PSD file (all layers merged.)

✧ DESIGN TOS ✧

For Adoptables and Customs

✦ General

─ Credit me as the designer.
─ Personal use only, commercial use fee is negotiable.
─ My designs have a 2 week cool down before you can resell/trade/gift.
─ Do not edit my art.
─ Minor edits to the design are okay, for anything major please notify me beforehand.
─ You may only resell the design for its original worth or lower unless there are additional paid assets/commissions you've bought.
─ You may give them alternative outfits/aus as you please, but their main design must stay recognizable.
─ You may convert the design into a close species with a MYO ticket if the species' t.o.s allows for it.
─ If the design belongs to a close species please prioritize the species' t.o.sDO NOT mint my design as an NFT or use it to train AIs
